“Part of ongoing work modernising our 1930s semi, Dave and his team have continued on a bedroom, including structural work to a wall, new insulation, plasterboard and plaster (including new rendering at the top and bottom of the walls), new flooring, among other things; as well as smaller works in other parts of the house, including a new door liner and infilling a fireplace, and a new interior door. They continue to be easy to work with, clean, and prompt; and communication remains great across various areas of the project. Will hire them again in the future and continue to recommend!”

Bedroom decoration: preparing/priming/painting walls, skirting, coving, windows, and architraves.

Landscaping and building of new front walls and drive. Required substantial excavation and groundworks and erection of large brick walls and stone steps. Excellent quality of work including some great brick work. Very good all round.

Repointing of bay, Plastering and Fence Post Replacements
I would highly recommend DEP Building Services following recent works on my flat. The works involved repointing to two large bay windows, fence post replacements and internal replastering following damp damage. Dave and his team made the whole process seamless and simple. He was very open and honest in regards to the works that needed to be done, completed the works to a very high standard in a timely manner and it was well priced. Great job done and would use his services again, 100%.
